Our group takes the authentic bulk Chinese medicinal plants (goji and licorice) and the authentic regional characteristic medicinal plants (epimedium, Herba Lysimachiae, Fructus Cnidii, etc.) as the research materials to conduct the following research: (1) Systemic collection, evaluation of medicinal plant resources and breeding of new cultivars; (2) Elucidation of biosynthetic pathways and the underlying molecular regulatory mechanisms;
