Dr. Li received her B.S. from Peking University and Ph.D. from Cornell University. After postdoctoral research at University of California at Berkeley, she joined SCBG as a Professor/researcher in 2011.

Specialized metabolism and molecular regulation in plants; Molecular genetics of medicinal plants; Resource collection and breeding of medicinal plants.
