研究领域:
主要从事生物化学与分子生物学、园艺作物采后生物学、果蔬贮运保鲜技术等方面的研究,研究方向包括:(1)果蔬品质形成与维持的生物学基础及调控机制。包括品质形成和维持的调控网络解析、关键基因的功能解析、关键代谢过程的调控机制解析、关键调控方式(如转录调控、蛋白修饰、表观遗传调控等)解析;(2)果蔬对外部环境响应的生物学基础及调控机制。包括果蔬冷害、褐变、枯水、木质化等发生的机理与调控机制;(3)绿色保鲜技术的研发。研究以生物、物理新型材料为主的园艺产品减损增效技术。
