学习及工作简历：
1983.09—1987.06，就读于华南农业大学园艺系果树学专业。
1987.07—2002.12，在华南植物研究所主要从事饲用玉米和鲜食玉米种质资源收集、评价与新品种培育研究工作。其间，于1993年10月晋升为助理研究员。
2003.01—2017.12，在华南植物园工作，先后负责姜园、檀香园、能源植物园、澳大利亚植物园等专类园管理工作，并从事有关植物引种收集、驯化栽培、繁殖与新品种培育等工作。其间，于2005年7月晋升为高级工程师。
2018.01—至今，在中国科学院华南植物园农业及资源植物研究中心任高级工程师，主要从事果树引种栽培与新品种培育研究工作。
曾参加过国家自然科学基金课题、中国科学院、广东省和广州市科技项目10多项。培育或参与培育通过广东省农作物品种审定委员会审定的植物新品种6个，发表论文20多篇，编写专著一部，参与编写专著一部。获得广东省科技进步奖三等奖一项。作为第一发明人获授权国家发明专利6件。
