学习工作简历:

1986-1990 年,毕业于华中农业大学 农学系 获学士学位。

1992-1995年,毕业于华中农业大学 生命科学学院 获硕士学位。

1995-1998年,毕业于华中农业大学 生命科学学院 获分子生物学博士学位。

1998-2000年,武汉大学 生命科学院 从事水稻细胞质雄性不育研究。

2000-2002年,堪萨斯州立大学(美国)植物病理系访问科学家 (Visiting Scientist)

2003-2005年,纽约州立大学石溪分校(美国)生物化学与细胞生物学系 副研究员 (Research Associate),从事农杆菌介导的遗传转化机制研究。

2005-2008年,弗吉尼亚大学(美国)生物系 研究科学家 (Research Scientist),从事豇豆对根部半寄生植物独脚金的抗性基因克隆。

 2009-至今,中国科学院华南植物园,植物病理研究组组长。
研究领域:
研究方向为水稻稻曲病的抗性、miRNA对水稻生长发育的影响及OFP家族基因对籽粒形状影响的分子机制。
承担科研项目情况:

1. 中科院STS区域重点项目“链霉菌4-1986和印度梨形孢菌协同防控香蕉枯萎病的技术研发及应用示范”。140万元,2019.1-2020.12。主持。
