曾咏伦,研究员,博士生导师,现任植物多样性与特色经济作物全国重点实验室(筹)副主任。2023年以中科院引才计划B类引进加入中国科学院华南植物园,入选国家海外高层次人才(青年)项目,主持中国科学院先导A专项“优质甘蔗新品种培育”课题等项目。发表论文42篇,其中以第一作者、并列第一作者、或通讯作者在Nature Communications (2023)、Nature Plants (2021)、Nature Protocols (2023)、PNAS  (2021、2018、2015)、New Phytologist (2023、2021)、Autophagy (2024、2021)、Trends in Plant Science (2016)等国际著名期刊发表学术论文,获香港中文大学优秀科研成果奖等奖项。

研究领域:

课题组结合先进细胞成像技术(包括活细胞成像,超分辨显微成像,光片显微镜、高压冷冻电镜结合3D断层扫描、光电关联显微等)、生物化学、遗传分析等方法,以拟南芥、大豆等作为研究对象,探究蛋白质囊泡转运的分子机制及贮藏型液泡的生物发生与大豆高蛋白性状形成的分子联系、植物细胞器在逆境胁迫过程中及胁迫后的再生与重塑及其生物学意义、植物与作物特异选择性自噬受体的鉴定及其在响应非生物胁迫过程中的功能。
