On the morning of November 3, 2021, the 2020 National Science and technology award conference was grandly held in the Great Hall of the people. Party and state leaders attended the conference and presented awards to the award-winning delegates. The "key technology and industrialization of nutrition and health oriented subtropical fruit and vegetable design and processing" project of our park, as the third completion unit (with the participation of researcher xiehaihui as the main completion person), won the second prize of the national science and technology progress award.
The project has received 35 authorized invention patents, 1 Silver Award for Chinese patents and 1 Gold Award for Guangdong patents, published 86 SCI papers, developed 28 new products, and obtained 7 approvals for health food. The technology and products have been popularized and applied in more than 10 leading enterprises across the country, and achieved remarkable social and economic benefits. In order to promote the establishment of agricultural brands of subtropical fruits and vegetables such as longan, litchi, balsam pear, and promote the transformation and upgrading of subtropical fruits and vegetables from primary processing to intensive processing It has made important contributions to leading the precise processing and Value-added Utilization of characteristic agricultural products guided by nutrition and health.
